License
Non-unique Templates can only be used for your client web site or for your own web project.
Non-unique Soholaunch Templates with a Server license are allowed to be installed on 1 server at a time, but canbe offered to multiple customers running a soholaunch license on that server, but that server only.
Additional licenses need to be purchased when installing the template on another server or using the templateon another server than the on the license was purchased for.

Exclusive Templates:
You can do anything you want with Unique/ Exclusive templates, resell, redistribute etc.
Any exclusive templates are only sold for one time.
After it has been sold, it will never available for retail again.

License to Redistribute
Distributing the software, design and/or documentation with other products
(commercial or otherwise) by any means without prior written
permission from ViaStep is forbidden.
All rights to the downloaded design and documentation not expressly
granted under this Agreement are reserved to ViaStep.
